Belt broken how to replace broken belt, whirlpool cabrio dryer

You could have a broken belt. 5his unit has a belt switch if the belt is broken it won't run.

f25 is a bad thermisiter,find the tech sheet in the dryer and it will tell you how to read out the thermisiter,if the thermisiter is good then you have a bad computer board.

If you can hear the dryer motor running it is most likely a broken belt or idler.

Is the fan running. Is it direct drive or belt driven.

If it's not running, you may have to replace the motor or the fan belt.

Pull the back off or the front off the dryer and check for a broken drum drive belt.

there are several components that could cause two of them would be a broken belt switch and the door closed switch

If you are comfortable useing a volt meter and a ohm meter I can walk you throught the steps otherwise you need to call a repairman, If you are not getting any heat and the tumbler is turning it is possible the element is bad again only a test meter can tell for sure or you can take the dryer apart and look at the element to see if it is broken make sure the power is turned off at the breaker first also unplug the dryer.

if you have someone at home to dissassamble the dryer then
replace the belt and test the machine
