We purchased a 2.0 yesterday and had this issue too. We just kept pressing continue only to get to the next problem of add water even though the reservoir was filled to the Max level. See questions dealing with that to read my answer.

Keurig serial number is 48 4300 067 4953 what model do i have

To properly identify a model for which you don't have the carton or manual, remove the water reservoir and its lid, and set these aside. Remove any pod if present from the pack holder. Carefully turn the unit over and look for lightly engraved text on the underside of the base. It will read, in capital letters, something like "KEURIG SINGLE CUP BREWING SYSTEM, COFFEE MAKER MODEL K45."

My Keurig says to prime

This video link below, from keurig, should get you back running.
remove reservoir, if you have a water filter, remove it and set aside. Use a damp non abrasive cloth and clean tank including filter screen. DO NOT DRY the inside with a cloth as lint may remain. DO NOT PUT in a dishwasher. Let it air dry. Reinsert the water filter. Put tank back into unit making sure it is aligned properly. Fill tank all the way up with clean water. Turn power on and attempt 3 WATER only brew cycles at the 6 or 8 ounce size. DO NOT USE A PORTION PACK.

If this doesn't work, you may have to clean the needles of the K-cup holder and / or the filter screen and water reservoir port.

If the problem persists you can contact you can contact Keurig at 1-866-901-BREW (2739) or Keurig.com

On my Toshiba Satellite Laptop I have opened and started the computer but can't get past the sign in window because my enter key and space bar won't respond. I can type letters but can not enter...

> hardware problem or software or keyboard?

Experiment #1: turn the computer off. Connect a USB keyboard. Turn the computer on. Use that keyboard to try the 'TAB' key (to move from field-to-field). If TAB works, then try using the SPACE or ENTER keys.

Experiment #2: turn the computer off. Turn the computer on, and look for the message:

PRESS <blah> to ENTER BIOS SETUP

When you see the message, press the <blah> key. On the BIOS SETUP menus, try the ENTER key to "select" a field, to prove that the ENTER key works fine.

Experiment #3: Turn the computer off. Disconnect the AC power. Remove the battery.
Remove the disk-drive. Take the original CD/DVD disk, and start to install Windows to the disk-drive. As you work through the installation screens, you'll need to press ENTER at least once,
if only to acknowledge that installation cannot proceed, because the disk-drive is not connected.
If the ENTER key works, it works.

Experiment #4: Like #3, but connect a different, empty, disk-drive, and reinstall Windows.
If it completes, then your "original" setup has a SOFTWARE problem.

When I turn on the computer, I get a message that says "invalid system disk - replace the disk, and then press any key"

I have had this error before. Check your floppy and CD/DVD drives to see if there is a disk in them. If so remove and restart with your drives empty. This has helped me in the past.

Canon XL2 - "Check Lens" light comes on

Before shipping back, there is one routine to try:

1. Turn off. Remove battery pack and internal disk battery (right side, under coin-slot cap)
2. Move main power dial, clicking into each mode on the dial, 3 seconds each. (this discharges residual charge).
3. Twist off lens; make sure pins and contact points aren't blocked. If needed, wipe gently w/soft cloth.
4. Re-attach and reinstall batteries.
5. Cross fingers

If this doesn't fix it, the repair center will have to.
