I cant hear on my s3 and my charger port is not changing

The charge port is soldered to the main board. Unless you know how to do micro soldering, get an expert to remove the bad jack and replace it. It may cost you more than a new S3 phone. I recommend upgrading to a S4 or S6 model (even number models are better).

don't do that , It could seriously damage he battery and quite possibly injure yourself. you might need to replace the phone , or send it to the manufacturer for repair, this might be costly.. check your account to see if your are eligible for an upgrade

You original Galaxy S3 charger has a cable which is a micro USB at one end and standard USB at the other (both male ends). Then the wall plug part is standard USB (female). You can use any brand replacement to charge your phone.

it would be better to just buy an external charger for your phone and will only run around 20 dollars or less..this one was only listed for 15 off of an online auction site

check that if your volume is mute
if yes unmute it and the caller hear you soun clearly

Try changing the USB cable using the same charger, most of the USB cables that comes in the box has 2 pins only, better to change it to one standard USB. If the charging still not going, try to replace the batt with another, then you'll know if it is the batt or the port. The same happened to me. Just replaced the USB cable and charging went back to normal.

it can be two things causing this, the flex cable has gone bad and needs replacing (refer to http://www.fixya.com/support/t958388-lg_8500_phone_screen_gone_blank_fixed ) among the blank white screen and camera button issues I also lost the speaker. I could only hear using the head phones that plugged into the charger/data port. The other possibility, and I am not fully sure about this cause myself is that something (dust, dirt, or another foreign object) has gotten into the charger/data port and is causing the phone to think it has a head set attached to it. This is what my girlfriend told me that the verizon sales person said about her lg 8550 and fixed it by cleaning out the port. She could also only hear using her headset as well.
