1973...1973 wasn't a really big year for anything special so you're looking at the same prices you'd find for a current new gun. Figure $650 tops. Unless you find someone that specifically wants a 1973 as a gift or something...

look on google, the blue book of gun values. should have info on gun the stock sounds replaced or someone striped it and just clear coated it.

If that external hdd is still under warranty bring it back to the store and ask for a repakcement but do not tell then that you dropped it. Most of the times these hdds have 1 yr warranty from the reseller and 2 yr warranty from the manufacturer.

Both of you need to have the convergence output ampifiers replaced. Very common. A reputable repair shop charges between $200 and $350 to fix it in your home. Cost is dependent on where you live.

You could have a bad transistor for the red gun on the neck board or possibly a cracked solder joint on the transistor. The red gun may need to be 'cleaned' by a rejuvination process. The guns can get a buildup on them after time that needs to be burned off to bring it back to life. In some cases, if the coating on the gun is very thin it can be burned completely off during a rejuv. process leaving it totally unusable. It is possible to use a charged capacitor to 'zap' the guns to attempt a rejuv., but it may need more than what a capacitor can give it.
