My Fitbit suddenly stopped synching with my iPad and iPhone. It is fully charged and the lights show on my unit.

To charge your tracker:

1. Remove your tracker from the wristband:
2. Insert your tracker into the charging cable. ...

Battery in those is small and you cannot leave them on the charger for a long time. They got hot and wear out fast. You will have to send it in for repair or replacement: http://www.livescience.com/47264-fitbit-flex-hold-charge.html

If you bought the warranty, it needs to be sent in for repairs, it is broken.
