Ive had 2 camaros and both did this. remove the headlight and take the bulb out of the back of the sealed beam. be careful not to break it as its glued in, but it is possible. just be gentle and patient. replace the bulb with an aftermarket 9006 bulb (hi beams are 9005) and silicone it back into the housing. i haven't had one burn out yet after doing this

One low beam head lights will not work, high beam works though

check for a damaged wire for the low beam. Also wouldn't hurt to check the ground wire as the high beam will try and ground through the low beam but not visa verse

1998 Lincoln Town Car passenger side headlight low beam only.

Hi Steven, I guess you have checked the fuses? Some time (and I'n not saying this is your problem) the fuses are wired in such a way that if one blows (and the fuse is on the earth side of the circuit) there will be an output, but the circuit will either use the earth through the the other bulb or fail to earth. I would also suggest having a look at the relays and their operation. Lastly, check the earth connections again. Regards John

My passenger side low beam headlight is out. the driver side low beam headlight works fine. I replaced the bulb and the headlight still doesn't work. What should I look at next?

Check the fuse. There are seperate fuses for right and left. You dont mention if the high beam works for that side? If it does, the fuse is good. The GREEN wire at the bulb is the ground for the low beam. If that wire has power, then the ground is bad. If the high beam works, the hi'lo beam switch is good, and there is a problem between that headlight and the Engine Compartment Junction Block
