Why is my laptop stops charging and how can I solve this?

Hi, I own an Asus Vivobook X202E. It's already more than a year old. My brother borrowed it yesterday to watch a movie. This morning when I turned it on and after using it for a while the battery turned low so I plugged in the charger then after a few minutes it prompted again to plug in the charger. I tried to plug it out and back in several times but it wont charge. I tried plugging it in at another outlet but same thing happened. It is charging only for few minutes then stops again. Can you help me please?

SOURCE: laptop screen freezes

this cud be a hardware issue where your voltage controller chip has blown the solution to this problem would be to replace the motherboard in most cases... but if u know someone who can do a chip level servicing it might help to ask them to replace the blown chip...

I have an asus x202e notebook that does not display even the power is on and the wifi is lighted but still no display and the fan is not running also, why is my laptop does not display ?

Have you consulted any troubleshooting sections in the documentation for your notebook ? Do so.
Next you could try connecting an external monitor to your computer, using the port on the side of your computer Its a VGA port I believe so you will need a VGA monitor and suitable cable or another type of VDU and cable/adapter. There should be a button on your keyboard to switch displays (built in screen/eternal monitor/both cycling between the combinations on my HP it's the f4 button). If you cannot get this to work it is a problem either with your m/b or less likely software. If your external monitor works then maybe the small cable connecting your computer to its display has become unplugged, or else the screen has failed, most likely the inverter, which can be relatively easily be replaced. If the service manual does not describe these procedures search the internet, most likely there is a video on how to carry out this procedure on youtube.
You might need to carry out a lot of research and reading to diagnose and solve a problem.

Lost charger to Asus transformer pad tf300t was wondering if I could charge it through the USB port located on the side of the docking station

No, that is not possible. That's because you need an ASUS-specific charging cable to charge either the tablet or the dock/keyboard (or the docked combination of the two). You can however use any charger with a USB-port that outputs at least 2 Amperes. So you need to buy a new ASUS charging cable (and a suitable charger, if you don't have one already)

Camera stopped working on my Asus Tablet.

Most likely a fault on the tablet hardware. The only way to be sure is to back the device up and then perform a factory reset. If the camera still doesn't work it's faulty hardware. If it's less than TWO years old take it back to the dealer. By law it must be repaired or replaced. (All consumer electronics are covered by this).

Asus transformer T100T battery takes hours to charge & tablet won't turn on

So, greyhen2, we meet again. Here's the answer I gave to your other posting of this same question:

The battery on the Asus does take a very long time to charge (over 12 hours before you use it the first time, then 8 hours or more each time). It takes even longer if you charge it from the USB port in a computer rather than connect it to its dedicated charger, or if you use it while it's charging. If you've already charged it for 8-12 hours, try turning it on by pressing the power button *and holding it down* for a couple of seconds before releasing it. Then, when using the tablet, try keeping it hooked up to the charger when possible, or at least recharge it overnight.

You can check on battery charge by tapping "Settings" at the bottom of the Home screen, then tap "Battery" in the Device category. The % charge will be at the top of the screen. I enjoy my Asus tablet, and it's good for several hours at a time between charges, but you do have to keep it charged up. Good luck!

Anyone know how to get Netflix to work, guessing my drivers are out of date but I have no idea how to update them.

Goto this link for drivers for the laptop

Also for netflix make sure you have microsoft silverlight installed if you use IE, or update flash and java for ohter browsers.
