No,these boxes are programing by each one and for indiviual used,u can't not mix them up and reprogamed the boxes signals together for one used.

Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser. I believe you have a REFLECTOR style telescope with a 3.5 inch mirror in the bottom.

Point the focuser end toward a distant object and practice focusing during the day time.

Later you can try the higher power eyepieces with the SMALLER numbers written on them. I belive one of the long pieces is a finder scope that mounts on top. AND the other is a 2x barlow which multiplies the eyepiece power by a factor of 2 times. Don't use the barlow. You will not need it.

The image will be upside down, which is normal for an astronomical telescope.

The erecting prism can be used for both terrestrial and star gazing-- put it innto the scope first.

The 3x barlow probably will NOT be very useful... it triples the power of any eyepiece. Your small scope cannot go much over 100 power-- before the image degrades.

Put the eyepiece with the BIGGEST number written on it into the erecting prism which you previously stuck into the scope... now go outside during the daytime and practice focusing on a distant object.

The bigger the number on the eyepiece the LOWER the magnification.

Yeah, I am. Bought mine on eBay and it doesn't have ANY info. I don't even know how to assemble the optics. Help? If I can assemble it I'll pass along any tips I find to make yours work

Just got a 78-8831 and set it up according to instructions. After inserting lens into eyepiece, I can't see anything at all. Dont worry, I've removed the front cap from the the main telescope.

Something leads to believe I'm either missing something real fundamental or my telescope is broken. Please help
