Ct 4730 soundcard ct 4730

Anyone with information on how to reset the Fuser page count without chanigng the fuser on HP 4730 MFP? The fuser in the unit is in very good condition and replacements are not cheap. Any help would be much appreciated.

CREATIVE SOUND CARD CT 4730 if you do not have a sound card driver try use the windows xp service pack 2 installer go to device manager right click and update the driver details. then restart your pc.

the soundcard you are currently using (Creative Sound Blaster ct 4170) is supported using the ALSA sound driver/server, you can activate it by:

1- verify the soundcard device is detected properly by issuing a lspci command from the terminal/console or command prompt
user@localhost# lspci

2- if Creative Sound Blaster ct 4170 is listed, proceed by issuing a alsaconf command to activate alsa server to use your sound device
user@localhost# alsaconf

3- then issue a alsamixer command to activate and adjust sound volume
user@localhost# alsamixer

4- press escape key then issue a alsactl store command to save setting and restore after bootup
user@localhost# alsactl store

Installation of Sound Card.

• Go to the control panel
• Click on the System Icon
• Click on the Hardware Tab
• Click on the Device Manager then
• Select the Multimedia Controller or Audio Control the yellow Question Marks sign on it.
• Right click on Multimedia Controller and uninstall it.
• After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
• Driver installation Wizard start.
• Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
• Driver will be install.
