an easy way to know that is to start engine and give it a shot of starting fluid ,if you can keep it running by this method I would replace diaphragm.

First thing to do is pull your dipstick and check for broken or missing O-ring also as you pull it, look to make certain that it was seated properly and all the way locked. If either condition exists, you will be leaking into the crankcase which will cause your symptoms

these are common for doing this ,if you dont want to pull it down and hone the cyl. then i would use a heavier oil say 20w/50and that will probabley solve your problem

I put a new carburator kit in a Briggs & Stratton 18 HP Twin. But did not replaced the needle nor the new seat that came with kit, because I did not know how to remove it and did not to damage it. now the gas over flows

The condensor is not the problem for they go bad upon not hold a charge. When the engine heats up and the engines dies out the problem may lay in the magnito's frame mounting from swelling from the heat, a loose mounting bolt(s). Or a Magnito that is ready to go out completely
