you should be able to see the pan from under the vehicle. it will be the pan closest to the rear, then you need to drain the transmission, unscrew the retaining bolts for the transmission pan and remove, clean off ALL old gasket material and dry both on pan and transmission itself, then replace gasket and rebolt transmission pan.
I have a 1999 Chrysler LHS and have had the rear struts done for me. You have to remove the back seats to get at them. I know its not the total solution, but it should put things in a better perspective for you.
