After reviewing the manual ( http://www.manualslib.com/manual/306783/Sanyo-Dp26640.html#manual - page 6), it does not appear that this television has an analog output. A fix to this problem would be to purchase a digital to analog audio converter (just Google this) and some inexpensive solutions are available.

you must check the inverter_on signal if present you need to check if has around 3.3vdc. if available in the inverter board as will as the 24dc during start up. if available those voltages during start up and drop by after a second then the problem could be the inverter board has shorted line which the processor turn to safety mode.

Look for any loose contacts in power outlet.

Switch off TV, switch off power, remove plug and wait for 48 hours and retry.
