What does "tracfone call restriction 54" mean

You need to put the area code. For uk here it is 0044.
If the number is 0246876678
The you dial 0044 246876678

Remember after dialing the area code then miss the first 0 and dial the rest of the number.

I started getting this on a contact I had recently texted and received texts from. check sms restrictions 45 usually means it is an overseas # somehow the contact# which is not an international # had gotten a + in front of the number as if it was an international # how i dont know but after removing the + from the # in my contacts i was able to text the contact

Or your phone isn't capable of texting internationally.If it's supposed to then you need to call Tracfone customer service and tell them.

your motorola tracfone is lock to the tracfone network meaning you cannot use any simcard other than tracfone sim. the subsidy code is the code you need to buy to unlock your motorola from the network. then thats the only time you can use any sim card on that phone. try googling how to unlock ( type the brand and model number of your phone ) there are numerous site that sells the subsidy codes it ranges from 10 to 20 dollars depending on the model of your phone

there is like 20% chance to fix it but all in all, u'll get either a new SIM card or phone of different technology.
