Look on the rear of the Health-o-meter Touch scale. Locate the selector lever to change the scale from kilograms (kgs.) to pounds (lbs.). Place the scale back onto a flat, hard surface.
Place the scale in a dry environment for a few days. Forced air from a fan may assist drying if the pc board did not short out. If it did short out, the pc board would have to be replaced,if possible,otherwise the scale may not be repairable.
Sounds like reset access points. Try pressing something in the hole gently to see if you can hear it clicking a switch...if it does the hold the button in and turn th scales on or turn the scales on and the press the reset. Good luck
Turn remote "off", press and hold "Kg - Lbs" button, turn unit "On". Display should show "0", then "320" or model number. Unit was programmed to disable auto off. Works great now.
