I have a fault code on a yaskawa varispeed f7 drive

Replace either the inverter if bad or the microwave itself.

What error code is displayed? Status of indicator lights? Solid on or blinking? The owner's manual has a comprehensive list of error codes and solutions. Your problem could possibly be corrected by adjusting the settings.

sounds like as transistor problem check transistors on heat sink and make sure no wires have come unsoldered and also check with a test meter to see if transistors are allowing current or have closed if closed no current replace.
