You will most likely need to factory reset the tablet. **Note** This will delete everything stored on the tablet and reset it back to basic settings. Do you know what model it is?
Try this.
Turn off the tablet.
Turn the tablet back on while holding the power and the back button.
After the machine starts release the power button but continue to hold the back button.
Once you get the android screen use the back button to go down to reset #3.
Acknowledge the reset by hitting the power button.
After it says all data is rest hit #1 to restart tablet and it will be back at factory settings.
A soft-reset won't work. Someone turned on the encrypt storage option, so the proper password needs to be supplied for it to work.
Unfortunately once a password is set you can't use the device without it. You need to do a Factory Reset (which will wipe all data and settings) for the tablet to otherwise work. How to do factory reset on Android CNET
There is not a way I know to do this without a factory reset. First you will need to shut down the tablet. Then start up in recovery mode (hold down power and volume buttons). Then use the volume buttons to select factory reset. Your data will be lost but the tablet will be usable again. *You might want to plug into a computer before you reset and try to save what you can*
I don't know how you could, I would try to write down every code I ever used. What I know is you won't get into the device without the correct code. The only way to use it again, will be a complete reset an complete reinstall. But you will lose EVERYTHING on the tablet. ALL data will be lost, all accounts and settings will be lost.
Use the manual, to see how to reset and how ti install the tablet.
Not without the passcode. If there was something like that, all security systems would be worthless.
most of the time the only way to use the tablet again, is to reset it to factory settings and to install everything from scratch. You will loose all data on the tablet.
If your tablet is an Apple on iOS7, you even can't reset it.
Only Apple could do so, but you really have to prove you are the owner.
you need to connect your iPad to your computer and open iTunes software - there the iPad will show up and you can do a reset.
without a computer you cannot reset an ipad... Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings
A factory reset will erase everything. If you want to operate without a password, expect all data and software to be stolen or tampered with. Good luck.
Go to Wizard and click on the icon. The next time you put the power on it will reset. Or, get an application to quick reset your tablet from the front page.
