1.Go to the homepage of your email service provider.
2.Enter your login credentials like username and password.
3.Click Sign-in or Login option. This will redirect you to your email account.

You need to login intto the account firstly to change the login email. Then following the instruction below.

1. Click at the top right of Facebook and select Settings.
2. Click Email.
3. Click Add another email to add a new email to your account or click Remove to delete an email from your account.
4. Enter your password.
5. Click Save Changes.

To login to your BT email account, you can follow the steps below:
1. Go to www.bt.com/btmail
2. Enter your 'BT ID or Email address' and 'Password' in the respective boxes.
3. Click 'Log in to email' to login to your email account.

Try to sign in on an email you have used. Then in the "can't log in" click that - if that was the email you used - they will send you a temporary email to sign in. Do this with all of your addresses until the right one comes to your in box.

If cannot login anymore to your yahoo mail because you maybe you forgot the password?Or forgot your Yahoo ID. If Yes, then just click on I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT on the Login Screen. Then choose whether its for your password or for your Yahoo ID. You may also try and click on the last option which is: MY ACCOUNT MAY HAVE BEEN COMPROMISE. Type your Yahoo ID and then type in your alternate email and click on NEXT. Your login details will be send to your alternate email.
