problem is in speed switch it have a part Tranister ic.it cant work replace it it work.part is already in your instrument open it and c its number.

you cant change the tension more likely one of the ropes attached to door spring has snapped so you are only getting counterbalance from one spring not two.

Possible that the program controller unit has some errors and so it does work erratically. Check on all connections to the program controller unit, check for moisture on the unit. Also remove power for few hours and see if there is any change.click on : washing machine tips
