My ematic mp3 player won't turn on. How can I fix it?

I let it run out of power, because the screen that said ematic was frozen, now it won't even turn on

Hi,

please attempt to test out multiple mp3 files on your mp3 player to determine whether the issue is with the files or the device. If possible, please also test the mp3 file on your computer to rule them out as the issue. You can then restart your device and attempt to play the mp3 again.

There should be a small hole on the front side that you will need to stick a pin in to reboot it.

mine is the exact same way is you chare it on a computer then try charging it on a different one.Some times it will work.

press the reset button normally it will be in the sides of it some look like a small hole in the side try pressing it using a pin
