Try removing the battery and then holding down the power button for a few minutes to discharge the cache. Reinstall the battery, and without starting the phone, plug it in to charge. If this doesn't work you will have to do a hard reset.
1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength. 2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery. 3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover. 4.Remove the battery. 5.Wait 10 seconds. 6.Press and hold the W key. 7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery. •The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears •Release the power button but *continue holding the home button*, for another 30 seconds. Start with brand new needles. Make sure you use sharp needles for woven and ball point for knits.
Remove all threads from machine. Open all covers,, including top cover (under thread tension). Remove all lint. Oil moving parts. Replace covers.
Thread your machine from right to left. In other words, start with the lower looper, upper looper, right needle, then left needle. That should solve your problem. Thread must be threaded in specific order and through every loop in order to work. One miss threaded loop will cause the machine not to sew properly.
