I have a Nokia Lumia 521. I can't seem to keep the screen on after receiving phone calls the caller information disappears and I am not able to end any calls or use the # screen
It will automatically time out and you should just have to touch the screen for it to come back

A friend of mine had the same problem. The 3.5mm headphone socket was playing up, thinking they were still plugged in. She plugged headphones in and give it a push and a wiggle, then took it out and now it works. Give it a try.

This is currently not possible. A lot of people have mentioned this though so I guess Micrsoft will do something about this in an upcoming update.
You can either transfer your photos and videos to your computer first (See your NOKIA Lumia 521 Users Manual), and then transfer them from your computer to a MicroSd card that is used with your 8" Aluratek Digital Photo Frame

Your NOKIA Lumia 521 phone supports a MicroSD memory card with a capacity of up to 64 GB. When you take photos and videos using your phone, store them to the Memory Card directly. You can then simply take the memory card out of the camera and insert it into the Aluratek Digital Photo Frame for viewing.
