Ohio Carbon part number for the brush is #19-015. Price is $2.50 each depending on how many you buy. There is a minimum order. We will probably not be able to supply the holder. Ohio Carbon Industries is a manufacturer and distributor of carbon brushes for nearly all electric motors. Call our sales dept. at 419-496-4456 or email them at [email protected].

auto stop protect in carbon brush little spring that pushed one of the carbon brushes of the collectors replace carbon brushes is the most likely if it has it working hours on it.
Only if it has no induction motor. or powercable broken ? on pull relief sometimes .

My Bosch table saw 4000 run slow and backward and make a noise like buzzing strong, someone has an idea what could be? if i have to change some parts of the motor an which ones??

Hi, try and change the Carbon Brushes , these are located either side of the motor, you will see a black plastic nut or screw, remove this and you will see a wire inside a spring this will push it's self out and then you can gently pull the Carbon brush out this is about 1/4--1/2 " long ...! if not then replace with new. PS. REMEMBER TO DISCONECT FROM MAINS SUPPLY FIRST....T.C.

How do I change brushes on my Nutool hs2500 table saw

You got to strip the machine down. Switch off, bring saw blade down to below table level, turn over machine remove 4 Phillips screws undo and remove guard remove motor, strip down motor replace parts and generally wipe clean, ensure brushes allow armature to turn freely. Refit in reverse order. bingo.

I have a 10'mastercraft table saw with the carbon brush gone,and cannot not find one no place,cannot find a scrap one anywhere could you help

Try this link. If that doesn't work, see if the motor has a manufacturer or model number on it, or if the old brushes have a number stamped on them and use that to search online. Go to google and search "motor brushes" Good luck.

What would cause the brushes to go so fast?

Yes, the bars on armature comutator are lifting, usually caused by heat. Only thing to do is replace armature and brushes, but best to also have field coil tested for shorts before buying new armature.
