You need to insert the memory card that has photos download into it from a computer that can accept the card.

SOLVED The remote control was inconsistant, apparently a bad battery. Set up is now complete.

You don't mention the make and model of your frame. You need to check your manual or just punch up your frame model on the net and check. Many frames DO NOT read a card above 2gb so you are wise to check before you buy one.

Just pull it.... straight down. Too much torque may break it.

Is there any qnuestion about the 8inch item?

You can copy files from internal memory to sd card only. Its one way data transfer.
