Gravis Destroyer I have the Gravis Destroyer PC Joystick Model 10501 and a Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. I want to hook the Joystick up to the computer, dont see any place for the joystick to go (none of the ports on the back of the computer are big enough). The joystick cable is an 1 x A/V cable. IF there is no way for me to connect it directly to the computer is there a extension cord that would work?

We have windows xp media center 2005 purchased in 2006-7 and I wasn't paying attention to our Help and Solution page until one day I saw that it said the Professional not the Media Center how can I change...

Hi There,

Windows Media Center Edition is exactly that; an "Edition" of XP Pro. If you go to My Computer and then click on System Properties, you will likely be comforted to see that you indeed have Windows Media Center Edition 2005.

Rebooted Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition and now media center gone

Click Start>All Programs>Accessories>Media Center>Media Center. That should get you going again.

Do you not have a Media Center remote for your computer?

Thanks for using Fixya.
