Header pipes glowing red

Check fuel mix for being too lean. It will run hotter. If you are caning it around, they will glow.

I have a Honda xr 100 dirt bike when running exhaust seems to get red hot in front pipe on bike is there a problem

It sounds like the carb just needs to be adjusted. If the mixture screw (air/fuel) is too far in, it will cause it to run lean/hot. The high idle is also just an adjustment often cured when you get the air/fuel mixture set correctly. Back the mixture screw out in 1/4 turn increments (turn left) until it bogs a bit. Then turn SLOWLY to the right until it just starts to smooth out. Run it a bit there and see if it helps cool the head pipe down & lowers the idle. It really sounds like you currently have a lean condition.

Yamaha xt225 serow front exhaust pipe glows red within 5mins of starting also running rough

Fueling issue running far to lean, choke makes the circuit richer so it will run , lean running causes over heating and serious engine damage if its running red hot, check the plug for white burnt or blistering will show lean running. Compression test to make sure the piston ring and barrel are not damaged over 110psi. Is the exhaust blocked restricted or dented ?

Head pipes are glowing red hot at stops

If your pipes are glowing at stops it's because you are running too lean. Running that lean will weaken the valve springs destroy your exhaust gaskets, and destroy your pipes as well. It's an 2002 so rejet the carb for whatever your combo is. Make sure you are running a #48 pilot jet and if the mixture screw has been tampered with , it should be about 1 1/2 turns out.

What aboute the exhaust get realy red and orange on the exit of the celinder

If this is noticeable in the daylight, your fuel mixture is probably running very lean (not enough fuel) and you should not run the bike until you find out why (carburetor issue possibly). If you only notice this at night, a dull orange glow is not unusual, if it is bright red or goes very far down the pipe your mixture is probably lean.

If you continue to run the bike in a lean condition you will likely damage the engine severely, blowing the headgasket or burning the valves.
