Xerox Staple cartridge stuck

If the cartridge is stuck in the slide it is because there are still staples in the replaceable sleeve, if the whole slide is stuck in the finisher, you might open the panel over the staple unit and see if you have staples stuck that are causing you to not be able to remove the cartridge.

Staples are stuck inside the stapler and will not come out

Typically you do not open these up.
Makes it difficult to remove stuck or wrong staples.
I have had good luck removing the staple ram rod and rapping firmly on the **** of the stapler against a wooden table. The idea is jolting the stuck staples into reverse out the way they went in. Tedious process but usually works. Removing the jammed staples in the nose at the striker plate requires using needle nose pliers and a sharp awl or small screw driver used on very small screws.
My T50 Arrow stapler is over 20 years old.
Still works great. Sometimes I slide in the wrong size staples by mistake. The process above usually works.
Good luck!

My gun will not shoot staples after loaded I thin there is a part missing

Staple gun are simple device and the 'shooting' mechanism is just a sring loaded bar that hammers the staple out: the problem is usually a jam/stuck staple where the staple in the orifice where the staple comes out. Just use a small screwdriver and /or plier to remove the stuck staple which could be jammed against the hammer bar. You may need to force the hammer bar backwards with the help of your small flat head screwdriver.

Hope it helps!

Piece of staple stuck in the trigger section of arrow t-50p

First, remove the magazine pusher / spring and any staples loaded in the magazine.  Then try firing the gun to clear the staple.  Use a small jeweler's screwdriver and small needle nose pliers to get the staple out.  Reload and test.       These are relatively inexpensive staple guns.  If the problem persists it might be less trouble to replace the gun.     Best of luck and I hope this solution works for you.   Michael Mittelsdorf
