If you already have an account and forgot your.password, just enter your user name or email address and press "forgot password" if you don't have a Facebook account, go to the Facebook page and press "create account'
Your Facebook account may or may not have the same password as your email account. It depends on the password YOU selected when you created the account.
To reset your Facebook password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Facebook sign-in page.
After you try to login and fail, a link near the login button will show up that says "forgot password." If you can at least remember the email address you used when you created this account, this link will help you reset your password. You will have to check your email to complete this process.

This may be the best phone number, but it's the #9 way overall to contact Facebook, as recommended by other customers. Compare all options
Well, if you just forgot your password and if this really is your account, then you will still have access to the eMail address you used to sign up your account. In this case you don't have to do anything illegal and hack your account. Just go to Facebook and click on the "Forgot link" link. This will let you reset your password and a new one will be sent to your eMail address. If you no longer have access too that eMail address, I suggest contacting Facebook directly with some proof that this is really YOUR account. You could tell them what all is in there, things that only you could know..ect... I wish you well!
Your login will either be the e-mail address you signed up with or your phone number.
Once you have entered an email address you can use the Forgot Your Password? link under the login.
If you cannot remember your email or it no longer exists you have two options: 1. Have a friend (who has Facebook) look at your Timeline and tell you which e-mail account you have listed. 2. Go to thePassword Rest Pageand try searching for your account using your name and a friend's name.
Have tried resetting your account? You can do this by going to www.facebook and click forgot password under the password field. Facebook will send the password you used in your email you used to register in facebook.
Are you trying to create a new account or login to an account you already have? If you are trying to create an account, then the problem is probably that you already have a facebook account witht that email address. Try using a differernt email address. You can get on free at Yahoo or Gmail. If you are trying to login to an account you already have then the problem is probably that you are using the wrong password. Try clicking "Forgot your password?" below the password box on the main facebook page.
