call at customer care of your cellphone service provider for knowing first your PUk number after knowing your puk add to your phone where is demanding after this it's prompted to enter pin as new one only 4 digits after selecting ok its say reenter pin add the last new pin which you putted renter again and after that all work done just press ok or done. your phone is now unlocked. remeber that its always require the new pin if you change or on/off your cell.
The PUK code is asked when you key in the PIN code wrongly for 3 times.
don't worry.call the network providers customer care from a phone using the same network provider and give informations they ask (eg-name ,your number,last recharged amount etc)
If they are satisfied with your informations they will provide the PUK code.

PUK code and PIN Code: Please dont try more than 3 times.If you try more than 3 times the Sim will get locked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code can be given only by the network service provider. Please call the network service provider of your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask you some basic details like name,date of birth for his verification.And he will provide you the PUK and PIN code.This is done for free of cost.

The PUK code is generally eight digit number This PUK number is an unlocking code which helps you to unlock the phone and use it.
