ou must first take off the top plate where the buttons are. Start from the right side and work your way over, the there shouild be 3 screws holding the keyboard down. Once the screws are out slide keyboard up and disconnected the connectors on the botton.

Run http://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe and go the the "Login" tab. See if you there anything specific to HP registration. If so delete it and restart PC.
