How to install theme for samsung SGH F400!!!!!!!! pls,helllpppppppp

Try looking here. If you can't find a theme there then your phone is probably uncompitable with themes.

themes of this cell can't be chnaged becuse these cells softwares are not files supporting and they have fixed themes which are built in

hi, you have to coppy the jar file into the install folder on your phone and make sure the java version of your phone is compatible with java file. then install from the folder.

F406 has additional features like Mobile TV, Document viewer, Mobile printing etc....which r not available in F400.

Unfortunately Samsung E251 does not support themes. You can get wallpapers, but you arent allowed to change the theme for the device.
