you need to check the plugs for those cylinders and the fuel injector that feeds that side of the engine it may not be working or is plugged with dirt. then it could be a vacuum leak around those cylinders. just some places to start.
Hi sounds like the typical fuel pump or filter problem with these cars, best way to tell is take top fuel hose off on fuel filter under hood, turn key on ignition (not start) and fuel should pump out, if not its your pump, just beware of doing when engine is hot
1. CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE SPARK PLUGS
2. POSSIBLY A FUEL PUMP
3. DOES IT RUN CORRECTLY WHEN IT IS STARTED AND SPUTERS OR MISFIRES
4. DOES IT JUST DIE WHILE DRIVING
Sounds like engine miss fire! Check to make sure your whole ignition unit is fine... examples....distributor, spark plugs, plug wires, ignition rotor, ignitoin coil...
It could be, if the light came on it should have logged a diagnostic trouble code and can be read with a scan tool to give you an idea of what went wrong. Very well could just need a tune up (plugs and wires).
