I currently use the Olive Tree app for my Bible. It has KJV and ESV. It is an excellent study guide. I have been unable to find anything from Nelson that has a downloadable app.

Go to the Google Play store or Amazon App Store and search for them. Lots of games and Bible Apps to chose from.

You need to remove apps you don't use any more. In settings there is applications and it will show how much storage each app uses.

You can reset your tablet to the original setting but it will delete all applications, Videos, Files and any other stuff that you have in the tablets internal storage

You can reset the tablet by using a paper clip to poke the reset hole for 1 minute while the tablet is turned on.
The reset button is located on the side of the tablet, this will reset the system and restart it self and you would notice that all other apps will no longer be there.
The second option is to access the recovery menu on your tablet to reset the system. Again, all applications and any files in the internal storage will be deleted.
To reset:
1. Turn off tablet
2. Press and hold Volume up and power at least 30 seconds to get the menu up,
3. Keep poking the hole to get in to the Wipe data and factory reset then press power to select
4. Once the it process the request, go back to the previous menu and select on restart for the device will power cycle.

JW Library app, has 6 different translations of the bible. All offline downloads.

A tablet, unlike a computer, depends on applications to improve and does not automatically get any updates. Only downloads to help you deal with problems. Many of these so-called applications work only by faith as they are bogus (many).

If your ARCHOS does not respond correctly or does not start properly, you can try to remedy this situation with a system recovery. Be very careful with this as there are options to erase all the data on your device.

20.3.2. Recovery mode options No: Cancels the system recovery.
Update firmware: Allows you to connect your device to a computer in order to copy the latest .AOS file (operating system) to your device and then install it.
Repair System: Attempts to repair the file structure on the internal memory. This does not erase any data.
No: Return to main recovery screen.
Force Touchscreen Calibration: Select this, set your device down, start the calibration, and don't touch it. It will re-calibrate the screen. After the calibration is complete, select No to leave the recovery screen.
Check Disk: Check and repair the system partition if damaged.
Start USB MSC: Allows you to connect your device to a PC to access the internal memory.
Format System: Formats the internal memory. All data (music, photos, videos, etc.), applications and settings are erased.

That system warning relates to available application space. For some reason Archos only devoted ~128 MB for applications, so you can fill that up pretty fast. You'll need to:
uninstall applications (settings, Applications, Manage Applications, then select and uninstall some)
or
move some applications to "internal storage", this transfers some of the space they're taking to the internal storage on your Archos. Again you'll go to Settings, Applications, then Manage Applications. From the list of applications select some of the larger ones and you may see a "move to internal storage" option. Some apps have this, some don't.
