Printing Tickets Off-Center

The printer will print the first ticket correctly, but the rest will be off center

If you are changing length(feed length) you may have to recalibrate the printer . Also ensure that your print format is the correct length for the stock.
You can look at the setup of the printer using the datamax-oneil printer configutation program, or if it is using IP connection, you can go directly to the internal web page for set up. make the cal length 3 times the label length, or leave at the default value.

Your problem is related to the size of your Tags.
When the label is fed to be cut, the notch is placed on the sensor. Since there is no paper the value recorded says no paper. Try to recalibrate the sensors or stick a piece of liner on the sensor.

If printing with ribbon, check to see if you have ribbon burnt onto the printhead. If so, lower the temp of the heat on print. Or you can speed up the print speed.
I have seen this happen alot when the ambient temp is low, and the printer tries to make up for the differences in temperature.

When ever you are printing coupons or tickets don't go to your printer icon instead make sure they have not established a "Printer Friendly" button on the page. Sometimes they will set up the printer schedule for adobe reader format make sure yours is up to date.. Good luck be mucho blessed...Mark
