They have two membership options that cost money if you want to put your profile and picture on their website to try and get a date. Their memberships are a subscription based service, which means that they require monthly payments in order to continue using their website. When you subscribe and purchase a membership, you agree to allowing your credit card to be debited. This is called "repeat billing".
If you want to cancel your membership, first you have to stop the repeat billing and then you remove your profile from their website and delete it. Then you send a request to cancel membership and your account will be closed.
To start this process, go to their website and log into your account using the user name and password assigned when you started their services. If you don't know your user name and/or password, then you will need to contact their customer service department for assistance.
