Try taking the battery out for about 30 minutes and then replacing it to do a restart. Otherwise it will be a Geek Squad fix.

reset it somewhere to push a few buttons together by reboot or start this will maybe the tablet goes booting in a bios factory mode with Chinese symbols like a Polaroid smartphone.

This can be caused by either a Netflix issue or an internet issue by your provider. The first thing I always do is go to netflix support; they have instructions. Type just this in at your path location at the top of your screen: netflix.com/support

The second thing that sometimes works is to just turn off your router, then turn it back on after counting to 45. Sometimes it just needs a reboot or a reset to bring it back on.

its buffering try rebooting, turn off remove battery,replace battery turn back on

The Lock symbol needs to moved to the right to the unlock symbol by your finger.

This will then load the desktop and activate the touch screen.

Drag your finger down from the top to get the Quick Menu icons along to top of the screen.
Top LEFT of the Quick Menu is a Circle icon. Tap it to turn on/off the Screen rotation lock.

(If 1 finger does not work then use two fingers. You have turned on Accessibilty. Go to Settings / Accessibility to turn on/off)

Probably frozen, you can try a hard reset. Just press both the power button (top-upper right) and home button (lower-front circle button) at the same time for about 10 seconds until it restarts. Post here again if this doesn't work, what was the last thing you did before this happened?

Hold the power button down for about 8 seconds to force it off. Hold it till screen goes dark. Don't release if "power Off" dialogue pops up. Keep holding it to force off.

There are two things you can try for this. The first is to reboot the tablet using the power switch. The other is to press in the Reset button on the backside of the Meep. If neither of these helps the situation, you'll want to contact the OSI call center.
