Most of the time this is a case of the output resolution from your tablet does not match the resolution of your television.
Go to the Control Panel on your tablet and make sure the secondary video output is set to a resolution that the television can
display. Try 1280x720 and see if it displays. If this resolution does not work do a Google search on television resolution
settings and try the other standards.
Televisions for the most part compared to monitors can only display specific resolutions.

magicJack requires approximately 80 kbps of bandwidth.. please contact your internet service provider and make sure you have at least that amount..you're not required to tell them that your using majic jack, but it shouldnt be a problem..Dial-up internet IS NOT enough to run Majic Jack, but "lite" DSL will work.

Question: is the magicJack plugged directly into the USB port on the computer or through a USB hub? If it's plugged into a hub, try plugging it directly to the port on the machine.

After 2 days of frustration I was able to solve this by the following:
1. Click Start
2. right click my computer and select properties
3. select hardware then Device Manger
4. click + DVD/CD-ROM Drives
5. right click Tiger Jet CD-ROM USB Drive then Uninstall
6. unplug Magic Jack wait 15 secs
7. Plug back in and let device re-install, MJ may start here, if not...
8. Click Magic Jack Icon, program should start
I have to do this everytime I unplug or restart my computer. I don't know exactly why it hangs like this but this procedure works for me everytime. Good Luck
