A User Manual can be found here: http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=3&s=299&m=A53E&os=30&hashedid=pNhYyNnFj0hhaQb2, I'll assume you have Win 7, you didn't mention, go to the Tray Notification Area, right click on the Network Icon, Open Network and Sharing Center, click on Change Network Settings, Is your Wired or Wireless Adapter enabled? Take a look at this: http://support.asus.com/Troubleshooting/detail.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=3&m=A53E&s=299&hashedid=pNhYyNnFj0hhaQb2&os=&no=1715 AND THIS: http://support.asus.com/Troubleshooting/detail.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=3&m=A53E&s=299&hashedid=pNhYyNnFj0hhaQb2&os=&no=1712
