DWA 125 Wireless 150 USB Adapter
Hi it depends also on your operating system. Anyway yu can download drivers from Dell's website www.dell.com at thia page http://www.dlink.com/us/en/home-solutions/connect/adapters/dwa-125-wireless-150-usb-adapter
No lights means no power, so that's not a good sign. Can you check that it's plugged in? Is the transformer plugged in properly? (Obvious one: is the plug switched on?) Can you try another power supply to see if that's the problem? Can you try another electrical socket to see if that's the problem? Have you another router to try with your existing power supply to see if its a dead router?
here's a link to download your drivers.
http://www.dlink.com/products/?tab=3&pid=DWA-125&rev=DWA-125
just click on drivers on the right side menu.. and choose the one for your Operating System.
download and install it. You should be able to use your usb adapter once the driver is installed.
A little more info would be helpful. What speed do you consider slow? Also, what web sites are you visiting? Finally, have you confirmed that you have the latest driver software installed for the adapter and is your windows (and browser) software up to date? Check Windows Task manager (Control-shift-escape) to see if your PC is already suffering from high utilization, the wireless adapter will drive it a bit higher. If you have several apps running in the background that are driving utilization up try stopping them. You may have to choose between convenience and performance if you are pushing the PC too hard.
