if you are using vac to suck water the ball is a safety device. you must shut vac down and wait you should hear ball drop, if the vac is not in upright position he ball will close shut vac down and wait
Do you find that the wheels are jammed and won't rotate, thus causing the vac to go to theleft or right or just have to be dragged along forward?Try wd40 to see if it will allow the wheels to rotate freely.
Lock the vac in the upright position and then tilt the unit back off the front wheels, it should move easier. If the height adjust does not work, there may be a broken part, I would recommend service by a vac shop.
Well, good news, you don't need a bag! The trash just settles to the bottom of the bucket and you just dump it out.
