2 (front) of 4 burner dosen't heat unless i start the oven but the oven preheat en then stops and error 160 appears on the screen. its brand new...

I have the HES 576 I got the same code 160, oven goes into preheat and then shuts down with error 160. Called Bosch and they said it was an unidentified error, told me to call sears I did and it is being replaced with a Kenmore Elite!
