defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Ok there might be a battery issue. Or there might need to be a touch calibration reset. To do that go to your settings and select touch calibration and do it again.

ALSO IF YOUR PHONE IS STILL IN WARRENTY AKA WITHIN 1 YEAR OF PURCHASE THEN CALL 1800 801 1101. THEY WILL HELP YOU. YOU WILL NEED YOUR IMEI NUMBER OFF THE BACK OF THE PHONE. IF NOT CALL THE INSURANCE HOTLINE WHICH IS ON THE AT&T WEBSITE.

I need to know the model of your alltel phone. Its under the battery. its usually the numbers and a letter.Or if you know the name of your phone that helps too.

the screen sounds like a wire came off....if you have insurance on the phone I would go through the provider and get it replaced....or if it is less then a year old it should still be under warranty. I have a used but good LG Glimmer for sale if you are interested.

Dont have a solution to this problem but the same thing happened to me on mine today...and the bad part is this is the only phone I decided not to take the insurance out for and now I am screwed.

well....the phone is probably toast...the water is making all kinds of cross connections. This happened to my wifes phone and we replaced it. But after about a month of non use and drying out....the phone works fine now. You should be able to claim it on the insurance if you have it.

Put mailing tape across the screen then lift it off. I think that the sceens get stuck together and when you take the tape off it "unsticks them".

the speaker shud be in tha front of tha fone ri at tha bottom but be careful cos once ya open it tha speaker mite be loose and fall out and that mite be ur problem
