If your sim card (the white card that goes inside for the mobile company, fido, at and t etc) if your sim card was also deemed inactive you need to purchase a new sim card.

Inactive sim is usually related to your SIM Card, you should try reinserting
your SIM card again, to see if it works, or simply insert your current
SIM card into another phone to check if there is any service. should
both failed. It should be your SIM card problem, you can contact your
service provider or carrier to have a replacement SIM.
