does your video player support the Mp4 video files? if it can,you can check the resolution is whether right or wrong. if it can not, just use a video converter to convert the videos to the right format for it. Here is the Best video converter i have ever used.

Audio and Video is out of sync when play the DVD, Suggest for that is go ahead and disconnect your dazzle and reconnect to another usb port and then Click on Start>Control panel>system>hardware>device manager>sound and video games controller> right click on video capture device and uninstall it. Restart your computer. Go ahead and then re-record again.

Ok from the main screen, go to the icon that looks like a film strip - center left, hi light it and press the play button > if you have the right format video loaded, it will show in the window, hi light the one you want to play and press the play button. Videos need to be in the w++dows or wmv format.
thats because sony was *** and stopped making ps3's that could read ps2 discs. so in other words you cant. the said "they didnt see it was fit for it to have to play games." a load of **** i say! they were just losing money for having a blueray, dvd, and ps2 reading machine. so they decided to take out ps2 and not dvd? i dont get it cause we can rip dvd's to play as a video file, and then play it from that. sony doesnt think right i dont think, sorry. but you are out of luck
if it plays cd's then put a laser cleaning disk in so it can clean the laser eye lens , its probably just dirty , if real dirty then it may need to be cleaned manually
