You just need to know the manufacturer and the model number of your machine. You may get the part number for the primer bulb here. This site does specialize in engine parts, but if you also know the make and model (or part number) of the carburetor, that will make getting the part easier. The older models do not have an actual model number but only a name to distinguish the size. Early production models include the Horse, Pony and Junior. You must find the location of the serial number tag to order parts that will fit your particular rototiller for seamless replacement of parts. Hope this will help
