You must have enough power to supply your graphic card. Buy a better power supply atleast 750w+.
Check your VGA or DVI or HDMI cable.
Make sure your graphic properly plugged in.

Red blue and green patterning on the monitor

You can try switching out the VGA cable (the one with the blue connectors on each end). If this does not work, try a factory reset on your monitor.

Hi, If u see on the bottom right corner of the task bar their is a red icon for ATI Catalyst Control Centre.Open it and on the top left corner of that their is a drop down menu, In that menu select Desktop and Displays.in that you will see all four monitors if not then theirs a button for detect displays, when u click on that button all four monitors will start showing on the window in the console.now u can set any one of them as primary monitor and respectively others as secondary and so on..Then click ok and thats it..

Brand new motherboard wont start up

Hi,
try taking 1 stick of ram off the motherboard, and boot up with 1 stick in slot 1 or 2.
You should get some beeps, 1 is system Ok.
3 is usually RAM/Graphics problems.
Also try booting with the motherboard setup disk in the CD Drive, it may be looking for files to initialise the Board.
And the obvious, check that all cabling is correct from mainboard to front panel. Power on/off Reset et,c.
View the user manual to see if the board has any jumper/dip switch settings for different configurations.
