type in regedit.
backup
search for reczone and password
See if you can find it this way.
there is also keygen software on the internet.
also call the manufacture they have a verification routine
and can possibly help you.

on the reczone password vault you can enter numbers. on the button with 1@/.:, if you press the button once you will see @ entered. press the button 2 times quickly to enter a /. press the button 3 times quickly to enter a . press the button 4 times quickly to enter a :. press the button 5 times quickly to enter the number 1. press the next button 4 times quickly to enter a number 2. press the next button 4 times quickly to enter a number 3. press the next button 4 times quickly to enter a number 4. press the next button 4 times quickly to enter a number 5. bottom row: press the first button 4 times quickly to enter a number 6, the next button 5 times quickly to get a number 7, the enxt button 4 times quickly to get the number 8, the next button 5 times quickly to get the number 9, and the last button on the bottom row press it 4 times quickly to enter a number 0. pressing caps lock does NOT switch it from alpha to numeric mode. caps lock only gets the letters entered in UPPERCASE.

I have the same problem, the system locked. I took out the battery for a couple of minutes and when I reinstalled the battery the system now asks for the password. I put the same password I used prior to taking the battery out, now it says the password is incorrect.....help!!!!!!
