• Hi, This is a good stat and I have used it alot in the past as it is a older model. If you have 24 volt control voltage at the stat, and the battires are good, then you have a malfuntion in the ciruitry and will need to replace it. I have sent you a ton of manuals on there products I thiught they may be helpful. Please dont forget to rate this post as I know you will be kind. I hope I have been of help to you.

Can you provide me the model number of the unit? The model number starts with 1FXX-XXX. So that i can verify if that thermostat is capable of creating a beeping sound.

Mine is doing the same thing!! My daughter and I are FREEZING!!!
