It sounds like you have illegal software and the real way to fix this is to pay for the real thing! The message will definitely disappear when you become "legal". The notification should explain how to pay for appropriate software.

Blowing brake light fuse

Okay, its in the brake light circuit, you may have to check the bulbs and the sockets . theres got to be a short in a bulb or one of the sockets, also if theres a tow hitch check wiring to hitch, i would start by removimg all the brake bulbs and see if it still blows the fuse if it does then its a socket or wirng, if it doesnt then start by installing one bulb at a time until the fuse blows then you will pin point the bad socket or bulb.

Computer seems to turn on except for the screan.

You may have gotten a virus that started with the windows openning. Normally use ALT-F4 to shut these screens down fast. Always ensure you are running an up to date virus checker. But, your subsequent actions may have caused irrepairable damage to your OS. Do you have a virus check disk you can start with? Worst case, do you have your windows disk? You may need to re-install windows to get a clean start. If you need to do this but have data that you must not lose, try pressing F8 during startup and starting in safemode with prompt. You can retrieve data in this mode if you need to (if you don't know how, ask, or research command prompt and windows directories).

You can start by uninstalling the program you installed before this started happening. You can also do system restore which you'll find in start>accessories>system tools.
If nogo, try disconnecting devices on the back of the computer except the keyboard, mouse, monitor and power. Turn the computer on without them. If the issue disappeared, reconnect what you unplugged one at a time until you find the culprit.
