All of the conections are fitted correctly but there is no power coming through so it isn't working

I have a 2002 pontiac grand am gt. The stereo will not have any power to it and then I can go over a bump in the road and the stereo will re-gain power and start working.

Check Your voltage coming in AT your 12volt power wire   and them check voltage on your Power Remote wire and make sure you have both of them.....  Next Check your RCA's For signals.    IF  all that is  checked out to be good then you have a bad board in your amp.

Care stereo

Your gonna need to find out your trucks wiring schematics to get this one going. Get a copy of a Chilton/Haynes manual (free at a local library) and scope out the dash/stereo wiring diagrams for the truck. Go to Pioneer's website and enter in your cd player model info etc to get its wiring info.
