Why Optiarc DVD RW AD-5170A ATA not reading burnt Data DVDs

I don't receive in my istolition on my computer nero7 express born to cd drive

If DVD Rw was not able to read Burnt data on DVD and other DVD then you can try following steps :-
1- Try to follow this link :-

or try to following steps :-
1- type DEVMGMT.MSC in run command.
2- Delete the dvd or CD device from the list
3- Restart the computer
4- Try to read dvd data from the dvd drive.
